Eagle Round-Up

Totino-Grace welcomes you to the 2018-2019 school year!

To prepare for the first day of school, all students and at least one parent/guardian must attend an Eagle Round-Up event on Thursday, August 2, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or Tuesday, August 7, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Carefully prepare for Eagle Round-Up by filling out all online forms before attending the event.  If you submit all of your forms before arriving, you will save time!

New Student Information System: OnCampus

Please watch the following video for instructions on how to log in to the new system and access your Eagle Round-Up Forms!

OnCampus Log-in Page

Students and parents will have a few required stops to facilitate a smooth transition into the new school year:

  • Parents will receive a copy of the Parent Handbook.
  • All students must have their picture taken during Round-Up for their school ID and for the school yearbook. All shirts must be clean, neat, and modest with sleeves to the shoulders - spaghetti straps are not allowed.  PLEASE AVOID WEARING GREEN. Green screen technology allows you to customize the backgrounds of your photos, but it makes green clothing disappear into the background.
    • Picture packages are available for purchase online AFTER you have the opportunity to view your photos. When images are available via ecommerce, an email will be sent to you with viewing and ordering instructions.  All picture packages will be sent directly to you.
  • Check in with the Activities/Athletic/Transportation Office to make sure your Physical form is up to date and all forms have been completed online.
  • Confirm that your Laptop Financial Policies/Insurance Agreement Form is complete.
  • Students will receive their class schedule, locker combination, and OnCampus log-in information. Administrators will be available to discuss schedules.
  • Please note, the schedule change fee is $50.
  • Seniors will confirm their diploma name.

Optional stops:

  • Deposit money into student lunch accounts.
  • Browse the Spirit Shop to try on and purchase school uniform shirts and spirit wear.
  • Purchase required physical education t-shirts (for PE I and II students) in the Spirit Shop.
  • Purchase an Athletic Pass.
  • Check out information regarding the 2018 Winter Place Gala.

2018-2019 NEW Student Billing Accounts:

  • Totino-Grace High School has partnered with SMART Tuition for processing your student charges for the 2018-2019 academic year.
  • There will be a link to your SMART tuition account through the OnCampus resource boards.
  • Please add customerservice@smarttuitionmessages.com to your contact list.  All communication from SMART regarding your billing will come from this email address.
  • Each family is required to set up an account with SMART.  The SMART enrollment process began on May 10, 2018. If you have not completed this process, please do so at your earliest convenience. Enrollment emails were sent to all families with incomplete accounts on July 9, 2018.  This message was sent from customerservice@smarttuitionmessages.com.  Please search your email inbox and spam or junk folders for this message.
  • Families that have not completed the SMART enrollment process will not be allowed to receive their Eagle Round-Up passport until their billing information is complete.
  • Current TG families that need assistance with their payment plan or have a past due balance; please contact Janet Moser in the Student Billing Office before August 1 to complete your account set up for 2018-2019.  Accounts with past due balances will not be allowed to receive their Eagle Round-Up Passport until arrangements have been made with the Student Billing Office.
  • Contact Janet Moser at 763-571-9116 x220 or janet.moser@totinograce.org if you need assistance or have questions.

Finally, parents of new students, mark your calendar for our Freshman and Transfer Parent Information Night on Sunday, August 19, at 4:00 p.m. in the TG Commons. This event will offer helpful information to parents of new Totino-Grace students, plus give them an opportunity to meet other TG parents. All new parents of 9th graders and parents of students who are transferring into TG are asked to attend.  Students do not attend this event. More information will be shared in the coming month.

We look forward to seeing you on August 2 or August 7.
